We operate a business that aims to provide an efficient ,helpful service. so if for any reason you do not like the item you receive or have any worry over condition or authenticity please send it back to us within 10 days for a full refund or an exchange for any other item of similar value, Your choice. 

You have by law a 7 day cooling-off period after purchase in which to return any item no longer required however in such a case it is your responsibility to pay the return postage/delivery costs.

POSTAGE

We charge postage at it's cost to us and these are automatically calculated  as you order.

A total for postage will be shown in your shopping cart before you confirm the order.

We send most small items by ROYAL MAIL because they offer the best value for money and the most reliable service . Larger orders can be sent by courier (DHL, Parcel Force etc) and may need to be signed for on delivery - you may wish to have an order sent to your place of work or a freind's address if you are unlikely to be at your own address when the courier arrives.

Any order that cannot be delivered because of an incorrectly supplied address or local circumstances beyond our control (strike, flood, war etc) will be charged for resending

INSURANCE

We always recommend that any order over £20 in value  is sent INSURED which is £4.00 extra to the cost of Postage & Packing , please tick the correct box in the shopping cart.
