This one was driven by Christian Kautz, team mate to the winner, the legendary Tazio Nuvolari.
Here he's seen at what is now the straight from the Foggy Esses to the Melbourne hairpin. The exhibition buildings would be in the background on a modern day photo at this point, covering the track just behind the bridge
