Cooper Bristol. Alex McMillan Silverstone 1954

Alex McMillan in his a cycle-winged 'sports car' version of the famous F2 Cooper Bristol. This type of car shot Mike Hawthorn to fame in 1952 and was also run by Ken Wharton, Alan Brown , Ecurie Ecosse and many others. Even Fangio raced one on one ocassion.

The date is July 1954 and the venue is Silverstone where it ran in the sports car event that supported the British GP.
