Large magazine-style softback recounting the event on the Isle of Man which was held to select the British entries in that season GORDON BENNETT TROPHY motor race. Reprints of contemporary magazine reports plus many lovely period photos of very early racing cars in action on what would become the TT course (more or less) in later years, although it looks very different! 36 pages. Sadly the cover is in poor shape and there is some paper los at the lower corners and on the spine.
