Unusual French text graphic-novel style history of the Can Am series in it's original guise, dominated for most of it's run by the McLaren team with Bruce himself, Denny Hulme and Peter Revson winning titles, later to be overshadowed for two season's by the Penske Team's Porsche 917-10 and 917-30 turbocars with titles for George Follmer & Mark Donohue  with the final title in 1974 (under tighter rules) for UOP Shadow's Jack Oliver.

The driving talent in the series was top notch with F1 winners Hulme, McLaren, Surtees, Stewart, Phil Hill, Graham Hill, Gurney, Andretti, Ickx, Gethin , Cevert , Schekter , Siffert,  Rodriguez etc ranged against Indy car , F5000 and Le Mans star names in car of increasing complexity and power (peaking around 1300bhp in 1973)  ,

Illustrated with artwork throughout and in places evoking the style of the MICHEL VAILANT motor racing graphic novels, this 48 page magazine size softback is brand new and will be mailed direct from the publishers (as a result the p&p is somewhat different to our usual level , this is unavoidable unfortunately)
