During 1972 two of the most famous names in British high-performance motoring were brought together on the badge of a new sports car, the Jensen Healey.Based on a prototype designed by the Donald Healey Motor Company in Warwick and built by Jensen Motors in West Bromwich, the new car was aimed primarily at the American sports car market. When one traces the development of the Jensen and Healey companies it seems somewhat surprising that they did not join forces earlier, for their founders though very different individuals , were motivated by similar ideals and their products were often similar in concept. This book therefore is a valuable addition to automobile history .160 pages with many black and white photographs. Very Good Condition book but the jacket on this title is always in fairly poor condition as they all suffer with a hefty degree of delaminating. The top transparent layer on the jacket peels/rubs/falls off and as a result every one you see looks rather sad!
