The sub-title to this book : Motor Racing's Grand Master, sums up Fangio's total dominance of his era perfectly. No other driver, not even Moss or Clark was held in such universal awe as Fangio. 5 times an F1 world champion between the ages of 40 and 47, winner of 50% of the Grands Prix he started and an equal master in sports cars and in the long dustance rall-like events on which he cut his teeth in 1930s Argentine racing. 208 pages with many photos, including some excellent and rarely seen colour shots of those magnificent races from the fifties. The book id very good, the jacket has water staining at the base of the spine area but this does not see to have affected the book itself. 208 pages.
