Rare book on the stunning 1960s supercar that rewrote the rules for sports cars of that era and was immortalized in the opening sequence of the movie THE ITALIAN JOB as a red one roared through the Alps to the sound track of Matt Munroe singing ON DAYS LIKE THESE.... A bucket-list fantasy for generations of petrol heads!
268 pages  book was written by an owner who has restored 5 of them and features factory production records, owners , stories, restorations, influences, inspirations and over 400 photos. For the full  'blurb' see the photos of the back cover and inner flap on the jacket. Tony bit of wear at the outer lower front corner (see image) otherwise looks new and feels almost unopened.
This was the first authoritative book on the Miura in 3 decades and has become an impossible-to-find rarity in recent years.
