Used looking, originally owned by BMW factory motorcycle racer HANS-OTTO BUTENUTH who signed across the rop of the front cover  and filled in some of the results(not many) inside so some of the odd thumb prints will be his I imagine. 

Good condition although the cover is a bit worn and faded, 
No writing inside.
