Despite the duff title this is a very good general history of motor racing to the mid 1960s using some stunning photos, include a lot of pre war colour that features the Mercerdes and Auto Union "silver arrows", Bugatti's at Prescott hillclimb just fater it had opened, Bira and his contemporaries racing at Bropklands etc.

Very good, jacket has some minor rubbing (they almost always have this, it was a feature of the material and printing used.Also a minor area of paper loss at the base of the spine edge of the front cover (not visible on the archive photo shown here)
