Large format landscape book of 199 pages featuring the long-lost photos of talented amateur Robert Fellowes who for a few years in the laye 1930s followed the Grand Prix cars around - this was the era of the Silver Arrow, of Mercedes vs Auto Union vs Alfa Romeo and of Carracciola vs Nuvolari vs Rosemeyer.
Fellow black and white images capture the dramatic and technical side of Grand Prix racing at the time. Sadly this book has water damage, the lower third of the pages is stained and warped as you can see in the images,  so this rare book is priced to reflect this. The jacket is largely unaffected on the outer surface.
