SECOND TO NONE was privately printed by the author of THE FORGOTTEN RACES Chris Ellard and the full set (hardback with results book) is no longer available new. A print-on-demand hardback is available online but but despite the price does not include the results book or the separate dust jacket as originally published like this one.
